Hi Darlene,
I did start out with using a draped table- for my first show- but mixed in the side "tables" you see in the pics. As I am heavily into packaging and display, I always tried to keep my booth branded and attractive.

The cost of a trade show is expensive. Luckily,I live in Atlanta so I don't have the added cost of freight, airfare and hotel. Exhibiting at trade shows has been good for me- but I didn't make money right away. I have been involved in trade shows in the apparel industry for most of my life- so it was a natural move for me when I started my own line.

I bought the backdrop from EndlessEdge.com I think it was around $700 about 4 years ago.

Good luck if you do a trade show!

Thanks for stopping by.

I love your article. I have been thinking about doing a few trade shows and the cost is just ridiculous. I would like to ask you a few questions. Where did you get the backdrop? I love that and what is the cost on something like that? Interesting that you didn't go for the typical 6ft tables but used the columns. I love that. Do you think the trade shows are worth spending the $?
