Shipping & Handling:
La Dolce Diva typically processes orders in 2-3 business days. Although we strive to have every item on hand, if there will be any sort of delay, we will contact you through email immediately.
At this time, La Dolce Diva ships using UPS Ground. This allows us to track your package along its route until delivery. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
Credit Cards:
La Dolce Diva accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Your orders are taken on a SSL secure server. Your order will appear on your statement as La Dolce Diva, Inc.
Returns:
La Dolce Diva wants you to be completely pleased with your purchase or gift. If for some reason you are not, please contact us at or 1-866-RUA-DIVA. We will be happy to assist you with your return. At that time we will furnish you with a Return Code that must accompany the item you are returning. Please write the Return Code on the packing slip and enclose in the box with the unused item(s) you are returning. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of original delivery. Upon receipt of your package, La Dolce Diva will issue a credit to be used on our website in the form of a coupon code for the original purchase price. You may use the credit to be applied on total purchase of any item(s). Please be aware that we do not apply credit directly back to any charge cards. Both original and return shipping costs are not included in credit.
Should any items arrive damaged, please report to La Dolce Diva within 48 hours of receipt. Please save the damaged item(s) and packaging so that we may pursue an insurance claim on your behalf with the shipper.
Coupon/Promotion Codes:
Coupon Codes are fabulous and will be available to you in so many ways. You may receive one from our Diva Dish newsletter, from our website, gift certificate, postcard etc. Coupon Codes may come in the form of a percentage discounts, free shipping, monetary amount, etc. You simply shop the La Dolce Diva site as you usually would, then upon checking out, you enter the code in the Promotion Code Box. Your code will be processed immediately for you to view before checking out. Please be sure to enter the code during check out. We will not be able to process the code retroactively.

We encourage you to sign up for our Diva Dish Newsletter so that you may take advantage of special promotions and announcements that we offer from time to time. After signing up, if you decide to discontinue receiving our Diva Dish you may do so by simply clicking the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
